Facebook ads agencies for home improvement companies: six options

Home improvement is where Facebook ads earn their keep. A new kitchen, a set of bifolds or a loft conversion is a considered purchase, and Meta is where homeowners sit scrolling while they consider it. These six agencies all run ads in that space. They differ wildly in size, price and what they expect from you.

What we looked for in a home improvement ads agency

High-ticket work changes the brief. A £12,000 kitchen does not get booked from an instant form in one tap, so the agencies worth your money think about qualification, appointment setting and the weeks between enquiry and signed quote.

We judged each firm on three things: whether it genuinely focuses on home improvement rather than listing it as one trade among forty, whether it tells you what it costs, and whether it handles the follow-up or leaves that to you. Everything below comes from what each agency publishes about itself.

If you are still deciding whether to send traffic to a form or a page, the comparison of instant forms versus landing pages for trades is worth ten minutes before you brief anyone.

1. Grow My Trade

Best for: Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom showrooms wanting ads fed by professional content

Grow My Trade works only with KBB businesses, which makes it the most tightly focused agency on this page. Its 90-day showroom growth system bundles photography and videography, testimonials and case studies, social media management, Meta advertising, a CRM with automated follow-ups, lead qualification and monthly performance reviews.

The content-first approach suits showrooms, where the installs photograph beautifully and the ad creative writes itself. Clients own every photo and video produced. The agency says it aims to be live within 21 days and covers the UK with no travel fees.

Pricing is not published and proof amounts to one kitchen showroom video win plus Google reviews from kitchen retailers. Founder is named only as Harry.

Verdict: If you have a showroom and want someone to shoot, post and advertise your work in one package, this is a focused fit. Expect to ask about price on a call.

2. Rated Media (Premilead)

Best for: Roofing, HVAC, solar and remodelling firms that want booked appointments, not a lead list

Rated Media positions itself as a growth partner rather than a typical agency, and the whole model is about turning paid social enquiries into booked jobs. It runs the ads, then layers smart forms, landing pages, AI voice agents, automated booking, AI follow-up and no-show prevention, and post-estimate follow-up on top.

Leads are exclusive and never resold. Trades served are roofing, HVAC, solar, remodelling and other high-ticket home improvement. The site says clients typically spend £1k to £3k-plus a month on ad spend paid direct to platforms, but management fees are not published.

The weakness is evidence. No case studies are published and the testimonials are generic. There are Trustpilot reviews under the Premilead name, so do your reading there.

Verdict: A sensible model for high-ticket work where the appointment matters more than the enquiry. Proof is the missing piece.

3. Riley Marketing

Best for: Independent kitchen fitters, bathroom installers, window and door fitters and renovation builders who want everything behind the ad fixed first

Riley Marketing is the small-firm answer on this list. Rather than selling ads as the product, it sells a foundational growth system for one fixed monthly fee (£149 a month at time of writing) and treats Facebook and Instagram ads as an add-on once the basics work.

That system covers the things home improvement enquiries actually need: an SEO-focused website with service and location pages so your ads have somewhere credible to land, Google Business Profile optimisation, Google review automation (including reactivating past customers for reviews), missed call text back so a homeowner ringing from the school run gets a reply, and a CRM with lead status tracking and branded custom quote pages on your own domain. For a trade where the quote is the sale, a professional quote page is not a small thing.

The terms suit smaller operators. Everything is built up front before you pay, revisions are unlimited, there is no setup fee and you can cancel any time. The agency is founder-led by Tom Riley, who has ten years in search and lead generation, led organic growth at an insurtech and has built and run his own lead generation sites. Trades covered include window and door fitters, kitchen fitters, builders, decorators and plasterers, and the firm has built sites for an Essex building firm, SET Building & Brickwork, and an industrial painting and roofing contractor, Anglia Decor.

Where it does not compete is scale. A £20m glazing group with branch managers wants Nivoro. A one-showroom kitchen company or a two-van bathroom fitter will get more from a fixed fee and a founder who answers the phone.

Verdict: The most complete package per pound for small home improvement firms, because the follow-up, reviews and quote pages are built before the ad budget starts.

4. ServiceLeads

Best for: Kitchen fitters and window companies that want flat-fee Meta management and own their ad account

ServiceLeads is a Cornwall-based, founder-led Meta specialist working across the UK. Kitchen fitters are its headline trade, with roof repair, windows and other high-ticket local services alongside.

The commercial offer is clear: £750 a month flat management fee, ad spend paid direct to Meta, the client owns the ad account, and a 30-day guarantee of a set number of qualified homeowner enquiries or no management fee. The work includes offer and lead-form qualification design, funnel planning, weekly creative testing, tracking and lead-quality feedback. It also white-labels for other agencies.

Case studies are anonymised Meta lead-gen results with cost-per-lead figures. Nothing beyond ads is included, so your website, CRM and follow-up are your problem.

Verdict: Honest, priced and guaranteed. Best if your back office already works and you just need the ads run well.

5. Landscape Marketers (Intent Marketing Ltd)

Best for: Driveway, paving and garden design companies, which sit at the outdoor edge of home improvement

Landscape Marketers, the trading name of Intent Marketing Ltd in Litlington near Royston, claims to be the UK's leading marketing experts for landscaping, gardening and tree surgery companies. It belongs on a home improvement list because driveway and paving firms sell exactly the way kitchen companies do: big ticket, long consideration, photo-led.

The service is a complete marketing solution: website design, online advertising, SEO, AI search optimisation, email marketing, social media and downloadable guide and video lead funnels. Case studies cover a garden design and driveway firm, a landscaper and a garden designer. No pricing is published.

Verdict: Right for outdoor home improvement. Not for anyone working indoors.

6. Home Improvement Growth

Best for: Glazing companies that want Meta video ads and nothing else

Home Improvement Growth sells Meta video ads to windows, doors and glazing companies, with the wider home improvement market as a secondary audience. It promises premium leads, scroll-stopping creative and transparent reporting.

That is more or less all the site tells you. No pricing, no case studies, no founder, no location. It ranks last not because the work is bad but because there is nothing public to judge it on. Treat the first call as due diligence.

Verdict: Video-only and glazing-only. Ask for proof before anything else.

Matching the agency to your business

Start with turnover and headcount, not with the agency's homepage. Showrooms with a sales team can absorb Grow My Trade's content-heavy model and Rated Media's appointment machinery. Independent installers cannot, and do not need to.

If you are an independent kitchen fitter, bathroom installer or window company doing under a few million a year, Riley Marketing's fixed fee gets you the website, reviews, text back and quote pages first, then ads on top. ServiceLeads is the alternative if those pieces already exist and you want a specialist purely on the Meta side.

Whatever route you take, home improvement leads go cold quickly. The piece on why trades ads fail in the follow-up explains why the agency running your ads is only half the equation, and the retargeting guide for tradespeople covers how to stay in front of a homeowner who looked but did not enquire.

Frequently asked questions

Are Facebook ads worth it for high-ticket home improvement jobs?

They can be, provided someone qualifies and follows up every enquiry. The agencies here that include booking, text back or CRM follow-up tend to suit high-ticket work better than ads-only providers.

What should a kitchen company budget for Meta ads?

As a worked example, an independent fitter might run £30 to £50 a day in ad spend, around £900 to £1,500 a month, plus a management fee. Showroom brands typically spend more.

Do these agencies lock you into contracts?

Riley Marketing lets you cancel any time with no setup fee. ServiceLeads offers a 30-day guarantee. Others on the list do not publish their terms, so ask before signing.

Which agency handles windows and doors best?

Home Improvement Growth and Nivoro Marketing specialise in glazing, though Nivoro targets very large groups. Riley Marketing lists window and door fitters among the trades it serves at the small-firm end.
