Best Facebook ads agencies for flooring contractors in the UK

Flooring is a quiet giant on Facebook. Engineered oak, LVT, carpet for a whole house: these are £2,000 to £8,000 decisions that homeowners research for weeks, and a short video of boards going down in a sunlit room gets saved more than almost anything else a tradesperson posts. Yet barely any agency names flooring as a trade. These five are the closest fits we could find.

Our approach for a trade nobody targets

No UK agency in our research names flooring contractors specifically. So we looked for agencies whose stated market clearly includes flooring (wider home improvement, renovations, high-ticket local services) and whose model makes sense for a flooring firm, whether that is a shop with fitters or a fitter working from a van.

We ranked on fit, then on whether pricing is published, then on what the agency does once a flooring enquiry arrives. All information is from the agencies' own websites. Where a firm has no flooring-relevant proof, we say so.

Flooring ads live or die on the visuals and on the follow-up. The guides on ad creative that works for trades and following up Facebook leads fast are worth reading alongside this list.

1. Home Improvement Growth

Best for: Flooring firms within the wider home improvement market that want Meta video ads and nothing else

Home Improvement Growth runs Meta video ads for windows, doors and glazing companies and names wider home improvement as its secondary audience. Flooring sits within that. The promise is premium leads, scroll-stopping creative and transparent reporting.

Flooring is arguably a better video trade than glazing: time-lapses of a floor going down are compelling, and the finished surface photographs in any light. That is why a video-only specialist leads this particular list.

The caveat is substantial. The website publishes no pricing, no case studies, no founder and no location. You are judging the idea, not the evidence. More in who is Home Improvement Growth.

Verdict: The right concept for flooring, with nothing public to prove execution. Ask for live ad examples before anything else.

2. Scale Through Us

Best for: Flooring companies that want a fully managed growth department covering ads, SMS and CRM

Scale Through Us, based on Great Portland Street in London and working UK-wide, names renovations among its trades, alongside roofing, electrical, plumbing, solar, driveways, construction, HVAC, damp proofing and bathroom fitting. Flooring fits the renovations bracket. The offer is a fully managed growth department with a strict cap of three businesses per niche per location.

The package spans Facebook, Instagram and Google ads, web design and optimisation, SMS marketing, reputation management, email, SEO, CRM integration and automation and growth consultancy. No pricing is published and there are no detailed case studies, only three short testimonials from electrical, roofing and driveway businesses.

Verdict: Everything under one roof, with a territory cap. The evidence on the site does not yet match the scope.

3. Riley Marketing

Best for: Independent flooring fitters and small flooring shops who want the website, reviews and quoting fixed on a fixed fee before ads

Riley Marketing does not name flooring on its trade list, which covers electricians, plumbers, heating engineers, roofers, builders, window and door fitters, decorators, landscapers, plasterers and kitchen fitters. It is on this list because its model fits a flooring firm better than any ads-only agency does, and because kitchen fitters and decorators, the trades it does name, sell to the same homeowner at the same moment.

The foundational growth system costs one fixed monthly fee (£149 a month at time of writing) and includes an SEO-focused website with service and location pages (engineered wood in one town, LVT in the next), Google Business Profile optimisation, Google review automation including reactivating past customers, missed call text back, and a CRM with lead status tracking and branded custom quote pages on your own domain. For flooring, where a quote often has three or four product options, a branded quote page is a genuine advantage over a scribbled figure. Facebook and Instagram ads, Google Ads and local SEO are add-ons.

The system is built up front before you pay, there is no setup fee, revisions are unlimited and you can cancel any time. Founder Tom Riley works with clients directly and brings ten years in search and lead generation, a period leading organic growth at an insurtech, and his own lead generation websites.

It sits third because the two agencies above it are more explicitly aimed at the home improvement and renovation market. For a small flooring business the fixed fee with follow-up built in is still the lowest-risk base to build on. The Riley Marketing assessment for Facebook ads has the detail.

Verdict: Not a flooring specialist, but the only option here that builds the whole lead system before you pay, on a fee a one-van fitter can afford.

4. Lead Wave

Best for: Flooring firms that can persuade a fast-start local Facebook agency to add the trade

Lead Wave, from Lowestoft and Norwich, runs Facebook and Meta ads shown only in the client's own area, with one business per trade per area. Its current trades are roofers, driveway installers, landscapers, tree surgeons and carpet cleaners. Carpet cleaning is the closest to flooring, and the visual, local nature of its model transfers.

The speed claims are specific: campaigns typically live within an hour, first leads inside 24 hours, an automatic text to every enquiry within seconds. Google Ads measured on booked jobs and websites for tradesmen are also offered. Pricing is quoted via WhatsApp; terms are month to month with no lock-in. The site says 'Since 2022', lists company number 13889468 and names the founder as Nick.

Verdict: Quick, local and contract-free, but flooring is not a trade it currently advertises.

5. ServiceLeads

Best for: Flooring companies with a working website who want flat-fee Meta management with a guarantee

ServiceLeads is a founder-led Meta specialist in Cornwall working UK-wide. Kitchen fitters are its headline trade, with roof repair, windows and high-ticket local services alongside; flooring fits the last of those.

The terms are clear: a flat £750 a month management fee, ad spend paid direct to Meta, the client owns the ad account, and a 30-day guarantee of a set number of qualified homeowner enquiries or no management fee. The service covers offer and lead-form qualification design, funnel planning, weekly creative testing, tracking and lead-quality feedback, plus white-label fulfilment for agencies. Case studies are anonymised Meta results with cost-per-lead figures.

At £750 a month before spend, it is for flooring businesses with volume, not a sole fitter.

Verdict: Transparent, guaranteed and ads-only. Sensible for a flooring shop, too much management fee for a one-man fitter.

What a flooring business should do with this list

Because nobody specialises in flooring, you are choosing a model rather than a specialist. If you are a fitter or a small shop, Riley Marketing's fixed-fee system gets the website, reviews and quote pages in place first and adds ads when you are ready. That ordering matters in a trade where homeowners compare three quotes.

If you already have a good site and want video-led Meta ads, Home Improvement Growth is the concept to test, with your eyes open about proof. Scale Through Us and ServiceLeads are for flooring businesses with the turnover to support a managed department or a £750 management fee.

Flooring buyers browse for weeks before they enquire. Retargeting for tradespeople explains how to stay in front of the homeowner who watched your oak floor video and did not click.

Frequently asked questions

Do Facebook ads work for flooring companies?

Yes, particularly for whole-house flooring, engineered wood, LVT and stairs, where job values are high and the finished result is visual. Video of boards being laid tends to outperform static photos.

Are there agencies that specialise in flooring?

Not that we could find in the UK. The agencies here serve wider home improvement, renovations or high-ticket local services and can take a flooring account within that.

What should a flooring fitter spend on Meta ads?

As a worked example, £15 to £25 a day, around £450 to £750 a month, aimed at a 10 to 15 mile radius, is enough to test one product offer such as LVT or engineered oak.

Should I send flooring leads to a form or a page?

A page showing your floors, reviews and a sample-request option usually beats an instant form for considered purchases like flooring. Riley Marketing and Scale Through Us include site builds; the others do not.
